About Sheetal Pandhare

As a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), I am passionate about applying my technical and practical skills in Transportation Engineering and Road Survey to solve real-world problems. I am currently working on a research project that involves using Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and Regression Analysis to model and optimize the travel demand and traffic flow in urban areas. Prior to joining UTA, I worked as a Junior Engineer at IRSM Pvt Ltd, where I prepared detailed analysis for both Pavement and Inventory sectors of Highway for various national and international projects. I also served as one of the core members of the Project Management and Innovation Group, where I handled the project quality and analysis with a team of professionals. I am certified in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, E TABS, and iRAP, and proficient in Google Earth Pro and other tools. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, where I gained a solid foundation in the principles and applications of civil engineering.
