About Sheetal Vaidya

I specialize in advisory services for philanthropy, social entrepreneurship and transformation strategies for organizations. My project tasks include and is not limited to: CSR project and/or regenerative philanthropy set up, collaborative communities, trust based culture and training, impact research and continuous improvement and strategies and frameworks to support inside-out impact driven transformational projects. Specialties: 1.) Research and support philanthropists to design, develop and run social change mission 2.) Support existing non-profits to study their end to end processes covering all 5 stages: Design, Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and suggest continuous improvement plan. 3.) Build trust-based teams 4.) Conducting multi-stakeholder dialogues 5.) Coalesce diverse leadership, streams, partners and activities 6.) Connect local talent to multiply their capabilities and amplify the voices of changemakers 7.) Apply different frameworks aimed at transformation at various levels In 2021 I have co-founded Aashwast Services to provide support services to elders. This is a specialized service that caters to day-to-day tasks in non-medical care. We provide support persons to be with elders for visits to bank, friends, hospital, walk and many more and at home for organizing get-togethers, extra hands to clean, cook, read a book or just be with elders. My education as a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) and a masters in Human Resources with 19+ years of work experience both nationally and internationally add an understanding of laws and people in a special way. 10 years in human development, strategic planning, set up, culture building, and applying transformational models at work place in all sectors, with major focus on non-profits, non-government organizations viz: Education, Women Empowerment, Heath care, Specially-abled (people with Disability) and others. My work includes setting up programs, strategic planning and reporting systems of the project, trainings conducted at multiple levels viz: management of different organizations, youth, faculty of colleges/universities, beneficiaries of projects and groups of individuals, stakeholder meetings and collaborations.
