I am currently the Customer Operations Business Analyst for Electric Ireland, ESB- Ireland. Based in Dublin, I am responsible for the management information (MI) reporting in the Credit Control department. My role includes collaborating with outsourced operation partners and managing brand perception amongst 1.4 million customers throughout the island of Ireland and Great Britain. Prior to ESB, I completed my Masters in Business Analytics from the National University of Ireland, Galway- Ireland 2018-2019. My career in data analysis and data interpretation started with my employment in Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited- Navi Mumbai, India as the Radio Frequency Data Analyst, Assistant Manager in the Smallcell department. I worked on 4G VOLTE technology and was responsible for enhancing the Radio Frequency conditions for southern states of India using data mining and data analysis. My Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India was not only an academic journey but also involved me being elected as the female sports representative in the sports festival Sports-Zephyr. Outside work, I am a fun-loving, fitness enthusiast, black belt holder in Kung-Fu Wu-Shu. I not only love analyzing and scrutinizing the movies I watch but also enjoy my quiet time painting and making DIY products. Lastly, I was born to dance!
