About Shefali Sharma

Currently I am working as a Senior Account Executive at World's largest information aggregator "EBSCO Information Services". An US based company providing content (databases & eBooks ) and SaaS products to researchers all across the World's library. Mostly all the top universities, institutes, hospitals, subscribe to EBSCO resources. My role is to consult with the institutes and help them with the best online resources. It involves strategizing, planning, communication, teamwork, research, time management, customer service, upselling, cross-selling and support. Prior to this, I worked as a Key Account Analyst with overcart.com. Overcart is an online selling platform for unboxed, refurbished and preowned products. My role involves sales, planning and managing full relationship with key clients of the company I have completed PG diploma in Global Business Operations from Shri Ram College of Commerce. The course provided the exposure in International Business, HR, Marketing & Finance, keeping an international perspective in consideration. Prior to this i was associated with Career Launcher, Dehradun, wherein, i taught quantitative ability and reasoning to plus 2 students. I was also involved in organizing various talks and seminars on personality development. I have done my graduation (Mathematics honors) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. It had helped me in developing my analytical skills and also in widening my horizon to look at the problems from various perspectives.
