I am Shefali, a dedicated mental health professional with a comprehensive academic background and diverse experience in psychology and special education. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Vivekananda College, Delhi University, and Master's in Psychology from Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. My academic journey also includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor's of Education in Special Education (Intellectual Disability). With hands-on experience as a Mental Health Counsellor at Mental Hospital, Varanasi under National Health Mission, UP. I have developed a deep understanding of various mental health issues and effective counselling techniques. Currently, I am contributing my skills and knowledge as a Counsellor at Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness, providing support, and empowering individuals to overcome their challenges. My goal is to continue making a positive impact in the field of mental health and special education.
