About Shefali Shetty

I am a graduate student pursuing my Masters in Information Systems at University of Maryland Baltimore County. I am passionate about working in an environment that channel my analytical abilities to the maximum. Currently I am working as a Technical Graduate Assistant for the Department of Education at UMBC. Worked at Deloitte Consulting for around 3 years and 7 months as Business Technology Analyst and Consultant for Oracle PeopleSoft, where my job included requirements gathering, designing and implementing solutions for U.S. and Canada clients. I worked on some niche skills like People tools, SQR and BI Publisher. As part of my work experience, I have also worked for around a year as a Research Assistant Intern at Tata Institute of Technology where my work involved in building modules for Semantic technology in python and d3.js. I also strongly believe in giving back to the society and I thrive to work in support for causes like education and equality among the society. I am looking to join a firm where I can utilize my technical knowledge and skills to provide business solutions to the client and to leave a positive impact on the society.
