About Shehzad Ali

I am a Financial Data Analyst with 15+ years of experience in ERP analytics, business intelligence, and financial reporting across the UAE and Pakistan. My career has been focused on helping organizations transform raw financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and measurable business results. Skilled in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, I specialize in automating reporting workflows, building interactive dashboards, and ensuring robust data governance. My work has delivered a 40% reduction in manual reporting time and a 15% improvement in forecasting accuracy, while improving stakeholder confidence through 98%+ data accuracy. Beyond technical expertise, I thrive at the intersection of Finance and IT—partnering with business leaders, ERP teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance FP & A functions, and build scalable analytics solutions. I have also mentored and trained analysts, ensuring knowledge retention and long-term business value. I am passionate about turning numbers into narratives that support financial strategy, profitability analysis, and operational efficiency. Open to opportunities in Data Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A), and ERP-driven transformation projects where I can continue to help organizations unlock the full value of their data.
