Dr. Sheida Mani, MD, is a highly experienced, board-certified radiation oncologist licensed in both Connecticut and New York, with over 28 years of expertise specializing in advanced radiation therapies for adult malignancies. She earned her medical degree from the University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz in Germany before relocating to the U.S, where she completed her residency at NYU Langone Health. Dr. Mani has developed a strong focus on innovative radiation therapies, including stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), and has extensive experience in treating breast, gynecologic, prostate, and lung cancers.Dr. Mani is known for her patient-centered approach, blending compassion with cutting-edge medical techniques. She emphasizes comprehensive patient education and personalized treatment plans that prioritize both efficacy and quality of life, helping her patients achieve the best possible outcomes with minimal side effects.Her passion for advancing the field of radiation oncology is further demonstrated through her leadership roles, including serving as Chief of Radiation Oncology at The Hospital of Central Connecticut and Bridgeport Hospital.
