About Sheida Sheikhha

As an Employer Brand and Online Media expert, I'm responsible for developing & implementing digital marketing initiatives and recruitment media campaigns all across Europe. Previously, I worked as Talent Selection Expert focused on AB InBev’s graduate selection process and aiming to attract and retain the best and most diverse talent in Europe. You'll see me working behind the scenes on ensuring things run smoothly with the process as well as the occasional step in front of the camera as I welcome candidates on some of our recruitment selection events. In my 6+ years of recruitment experience, I've worked with and hired professionals from multiple sectors (finance, customer service, engineering, HR, and IT) across and into multiple countries around the world (Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Serbia, Bulgaria, France, Hungary, and the UK). I have experience with all aspects of the process: I posted the jobs, screened the applicants, sourced the candidates, conducted the interviews, and made the offers! I did all of that with a smile (or I tried to!) and with an immense sense of empathy for the human being on the other side of the recruitment process. Most of all, I'm extremely passionate about equality, diversity, inclusion, and making everyone feel welcomed in the workplace. Outside of the office, I'm a Filmmaking FAMU Graduate, based in Prague, Czech Republic. I've worked on many films (short and long) as part of the directing team where I've managed to use my love of color-coded Excel sheets and my "people skills" to make sure everyone and everything stays on schedule. Lastly, ever since graduating, I've been conducting directing/writing mentorship classes for American film students spending a semester in Prague; helping them bring the short films they have in mind to reality.
