About Sheila Bonner

With over six years of work experience in the mental health and nonprofit sectors, I am passionate about empowering people and organizations to achieve their full potential. As an HR Generalist / Trainer at The PILOT Services, I provide training, coaching, and consulting services to clients and staff, using my psychology expertise and public speaking skills. I also support the HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Previously, I worked as a Program Manager and a Group Room Supervisor at Bancroft Neurohealth, where I oversaw the daily operations and quality of care of residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. I have a master's degree in Applied Family Science and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Liberty University. My core competencies include mental health, crisis intervention, leadership, communication, and collaboration. I am committed to learning and growing as a professional and a human being, and I value diversity, inclusion, and social justice in my work and life.
