About Sheila Cina

As a Speech-Language Pathologist I get to help people become skilled and confident communicators. I have a special interest in working with people who stutter and I consult with other SLPs in the Minneapolis school district with students who stutter on their caseloads. I value the opportunity to work with young children, students, and adults with a wide range of needs in the area of communication. I enjoy collaborating with teachers and helping parents understand how to support their children’s ability to share what’s on their minds. Every single human has important things to say. I believe that we all will benefit when everyone can listen and everyone has a voice.I have invested in extensive training in the areas that I treat. Palin Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Hanen, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Stuttering, Fearless Living…and more. As a private practice owner I have the opportunity to tailor treatment plans to each client so that their goals are what drive our work. I take the time to listen and I address the whole person. As a certified life coach I have collected numerous tools that can support my clients to live and communicate with authenticity and joy.
