LEASE NEGOTIATION AND MANAGEMENT • Manage all aspects associated with leasing thirteen company-owned buildings comprising 60 commercial spaces and 100 residential units. CLIENT RELATIONS • Manage all aspects of residential and commercial properties. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT • Manage all aspects of build outs for commercial rental spaces and upgrades to residential properties. • Assist in concept development for refurbishments of commercial and residential spaces. SUB-CONTRACTOR SELECTION, NEGOTIATION AND MANAGEMENT • Manage bid process and oversee all aspects of space build outs and upgrades for commercial and residential properties. • Contractor management for new building projects from contractor selection through completion. MARKETING AND SALES • Identify and attract new commercial business prospects. • Manage all aspects for marketing vacant commercial and residential properties; utilizing Multiple Listing services, print ads and social media. GOVERNMENT RELATIONS • Work with federal, state and local land use agencies to obtain required permitting and facilitate regulation changes necessary for the development of new structures in order to expand the resort facilities in Bartlett and N. Conway NH. • Work with engineers to obtain state and local land use approvals and permits. COMPLEX REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Worked with local land use board to update land use regulations to facilitate market driven resort accommodations. • Interface with all levels of management to ensure that relevant details specific to their departments are properly represented in new building plans.
