I am currently the Instructor for the Contact Center with ART and UT Health East Texas Physicians. I have created the first official training program and oversee the training of new employees joining the Call Center team. I have reduced the overall onboarding time by half and continue to update and implement new strategies with each class. I am currently focused on assisting our team as we transition to a new platform this September. While I didn't foresee myself as a trainer, I have always had a heart to help people. I believe this is what has helped me become a successful trainer. I wasn't fortunate enough to pursue a degree after high school but I am proud to say I earned my Associate in Arts in 2020 with a focus in Social Work. Due to the pandemic and work obligations, I had to put my degree on pause but I plan to continue my education online for a BSW in January 2022.
