About Sheila Killpack

Our travel agency is a family business, independent Cruise Planners franchise and 100% Veteran Owned. Customers' peace of mind is important to us, we are fully insured for your protection. We offer more than cruises. We offer all types of travel services particularly vacation packages, group travel, hotels, all inclusive resorts, tickets to events worldwide including sporting events/concerts and much more. Cruise companies are increasingly investing in more ships and larger capacity providing amenities and fun experiences like never before. The competition to attract travelers is fierce. They offer more and more free or discounted amenities, making it even more attractive vacations. These extra offerings can only mean lower costs and better experiences to our customers. Individual travelers can opt to search and purchase a vacation package on their own spending an average of 25 hours. Travel agents work with the travel industry operators and have access to deals, benefits and extras otherwise not easy accessible on self-booking online sites; saving time/money and moreover providing a greater value. It costs nothing to use our services as we receive compensation in the form of commission from the travel operator. We appreciate your trust and opportunity in finding the perfect vacation for you and your family. Our business can only be successful if we thrive for perfection. We rely greatly on recurring customers and referrals, so your complete satisfaction is our promise. After retiring from the US Air Force and trying trying different careers, transitioning to the travel business was the perfect fit for me and my husband.
