My experience with both national banks and community banks have given me a unique perspective and has shaped my outlook on strategic leadership, partnerships, growth strategies, and community involvement. STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Developed and incorporated strategic vision to enhance the customer experience, drive new sales, increase operational effectiveness and to grow revenue. CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborated with business partners and worked on cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals, develop new products and services, and implement solutions to enhance Bank performance. GROWTH STRATEGIES: Created a strong sales & service culture and customer relationship management tools to enhance customer acquisition, increase wallet share, and grow deposit and loan volume. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Passionate about giving back to the community through current Boards including the Fitchburg State University Board of Trustees, Massachusetts Bankers Diversity Council, YWCA of Central MA Nominating and Resource Development Committees, United Way Women's Initiative, Diversity Council and Dollar Scholar Member. Previously a member of the Springfield Technical Community College Foundation, MA Fair Housing Board, River Valley Counseling Center Board, Loyalty 360, and the Urban League of Springfield Board. My years of banking experience starting at NCNB, Bank of Boston, Fleet, Citizens Bank and PeoplesBank have made me a well-rounded banking executive.
