We just finished 905 W Fulton in Chicago and continue to work on 816 W Fulton in Chicago a $261M project, which is very exciting. The team is great and knowing Peter, we will finish on time and on budget like Thor Kirby 3 project. I am also working with David Cohen, EVP on two other smaller projects. BRj & Associates–Program Mgmt – (800M) San Bernardino Community College District (Jan. 2009 to June 2014) Program Controller – Contract Administrator Responsible for all financials relating to the Bond Programs – Measure P and Measure M Reporting of financials and establishing working capital budgets for the District. World Jewelry Center (800M) – Probity International DIRECTOR CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT AND ACCOUNTING Created new cost accounting system for the project Established procedures for accounting controls Contract Administration & Insurance Hiring of controllers for retail tenants; and for the residential portion of the project. The Kor Group DIRECTOR CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT AND ACCOUNTING Director development and accounting department. Wrote and established policy and procedures for department and company, which were non existent both in the US and Internationally. Established a cost reporting system within the company which had to be implemented and structured from the base upwards. Hired controllers both in the US and internationally for projects in Mexico and the Caribbean. Established project cost reviews with Project Managers and a more frequent accountability process. Contract Administration & Insurance Established staffing plans for all projects Managed a group of 15 personnel including accounts payable, and project accountants. Reviewed Financials on a monthly basis. Responsible for Construction Accounting and Budget development for: Residential Projects totaling 10; Hotel Renovations totaling 3; Ground-up resorts internationally totaling 5.
