About Sheila Pringle

I have over 25 years experience in consulting and focus on leading transformation programs with government departments with a reform or digital transformation agenda. I have worked on large complex digitally enabled transformation programmes firstly in the Private Sector and now in the Public Sector. I have extensive experience with public sector of new models of service delivery in Australia and the UK. I worked with a number of UK central and local government bodies on their transformation agendas. My experience ranges from strategy development through to design and implementation of new operating models, including cost modelling, reporting, capability improvement, shared services and outsourcing, all supported by comprehensive business cases and an evidence based approach to decision making. I specialise in the feasibility planning, implementation and optimisation of digitally enabled business transformation programmes including innovative service delivery models and when necessary, new enabling technology for clients in the public sector to develop more collaborative delivery models for the public sector ecosystem. Most recently this has involved working with governments on their digital transformation agenda - taking a human centred design approach to drive toward an improved citizen experience and a more productive public sector to deliver better citizen outcomes at an affordable price point.
