Background

About Sheilla Rizky

I'm a Business Analyst and IT project coordinator with 3+ years of progressive experience at PT Solusi Energy Nusantara, where I've grown from IT Intern to Senior DevOps / Technical Business Analyst. Throughout my career, I've consistently sat at the intersection of business and technology — gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects land on time and aligned with business goals. What makes me a bit different: I don't just coordinate projects from a distance. I understand the technical side deeply enough to communicate directly with developers, and I understand the business side well enough to speak the language of stakeholders. This dual fluency has helped me keep projects moving even in ambiguous situations. Beyond project delivery, I also manage the operational and administrative side of our IT team — including procurement processes, invoice management, IT budget tracking, and financial reporting. This means I've had hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of IT investment, not just the delivery part. Project coordination & stakeholder management Requirement gathering & business process analysis QA/QC testing & UAT facilitation IT procurement, budget planning & financial reporting Digital transformation initiatives (end-to-end) Full-stack development: Laravel, REST API, MySQL I'm currently exploring opportunities as a Junior Project Manager where I can bring this combination of project ownership, technical understanding, and operational discipline to a team that values both delivery and process. Open to connecting with recruiters, hiring managers, and fellow PMs!
