With over 14 years of work experience, I am a business leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation across mutiple industries. As the Business Head of Bata Professionals and Exports at Bata India, I am responsible for the P&L of vertical and leading the teams across different markets and channels. I have successfully launched new products, secured large contracts, and expanded the business to new regions. Prior to joining Bata India, I was the Business Head and KMP at Cummins Sales and Service Pvt Ltd, where I managed the sales and service of power generation products and solutions in India. I also have a strong background in finance, marketing, and manufacturing management, having completed my PGP from the Indian School of Business, one of the top business schools in the world. I am a skilled communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver, with a keen eye for opportunities and trends. I believe in creating value for the customers, the stakeholders, and the society, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
