About Shelby Bertolozzi

Currently working as an Executive Assistant and Development Associate at the Center for Independent Living, where I support executive leadership through calendar management, inbox coordination, event planning, and internal operations. I work closely across departments, helping keep priorities on track and communication clear, especially during high-volume periods. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Los Angeles Pacific University and an Associate’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Las Positas College. My earlier roles as Spa Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton and Manager at The Yogurt Shack gave me a strong foundation in team leadership, customer service, and operational oversight. I’m used to fast-paced environments where flexibility, follow-through, and attention to detail are essential. Outside of the office, I’m passionate about the outdoors and deeply interested in roles that combine hands-on work, community engagement, and environmental impact. I'm actively exploring opportunities that allow me to contribute in more field-based, service-driven environments.
