About Shelby H.

As organizations scale and evolve, building a unified people strategy becomes both the greatest opportunity and the greatest challenge. In my role as Senior Manager, People Strategy & Analytics at Sorren, I sit at the intersection of HR systems, analytics, and enterprise growth—architecting people platforms that power both business outcomes and employee engagement.I leverage Workday optimization, global performance management, career pathing frameworks, and real-time people analytics—translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders. My focus is on future-proofing workforce capabilities while fostering a culture rooted in recognition, continuous feedback, and purposeful development.Sorren’s growth story—merging multiple firms into a single entity—provides a rare opportunity to build from the ground up. I view every system and process not as a transaction, but as a strategic lever to drive workforce agility, leadership readiness, and sustainable growth.
