About Shelby Hoadley

Hello! and thank you for your time looking at my LinkedIn on my experience and skills I plan to bring to your organization. I am transitioning from an awesome career in the Army, and although I loved serving. I feel it's time to challenge myself again - and this position really excites me. In my Army career, it was critical that I mastered both leading and being a team member. I am very good at communicating information and have been complimented on my ability to read and comprehend manuals. Because of my attention to detail and my ability to handle stress and accomplish tasks by deadlines in a timely manner I was fortunate to have had several leaders who provided me the opportunity to lead my own group of soldiers. Thanks to several challenging experiences, learned to quickly adapt to change, I became a proficient problem solver and adjusting to fast-paced environments became my norm. Overall, due to my strong background and professional achievements, I am confident I’ll bring success to any company that chooses to hire me!
