About Shelby Lytle

In my current role in Customer Success I am responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a product or service. My primary goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing guidance, support, and assistance throughout their journey. Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations and training, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and advocating for customers within the company to ensure their needs are met. I have thrived in being an educator my whole life, whether that’s in a formal classroom or in my extracurriculars. I took that passion and pursued a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Minnesota. I have spent the last 3 years in the classroom. While working in both Charter and Public School settings, I have developed a strong sense of communication, organization and making data driven decisions every moment of my work day. In addition, I obtained the toolbox of soft-skills needed to run a successful classroom with 30+ students on a daily basis.
