I have a BA in Psychology from Florida International University, where I learned how to understand human behavior and motivation. Currently, I work as a Student Services Specialist and an Employment Specialist at Philadelphia Technician Training Institute (PTTI), a vocational school that offers hands-on training in Welder and Automotive Technician programs. My core competencies are relationship building, training, and people management. In my roles at PTTI, I secure employment for 92% of graduates by developing relationships with established hiring companies and connecting them with qualified candidates. I also motivate students to improve their employment marketability and develop habits for career success. I use my skills in marketing, social media, and customer satisfaction to launch new ads that redefine the culture and the community’s perception of PTTI. Additionally, I have experience as a General Manager at Quality Inn, where I increased revenue by 10%, managed contracts, identified and reduced costs, hired and managed employees, and analyzed daily KPIs.
