With over 15 years of work experience in project management, organizational leadership, and financial strategy, I am a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistant/Senior Project Manager (SETA Sr. PM) at OBXtek, a leading provider of IT solutions and consulting services to the federal government. In my current role, I manage complex and high-impact projects, applying agile methodologies, corporate strategy, and talent assessment skills to deliver quality outcomes for our clients. I also mentor and coach junior project managers, sharing my knowledge and experience in project management best practices, curriculum development, and humanitarian assistance. As a former Senior Executive and Chief Operations Director at the United States Air Force, I have a strong background in leading large and diverse teams, overseeing operations valued at $300M+, and partnering with Executive Officers on training initiatives, sourcing strategies, and personnel management. I am passionate about creating positive change and enhancing organizational performance through effective project management and leadership. I hold a Master's degree in Business/Organizational Leadership, as well as PMP and CSM certifications.
