About Sheldon Mishra

As the Portfolio Manager of Mobility Technologies and Services at Fraser Health Authority, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects that enhance the services and communication of health care services for patients and staff. I have a degree in financial planning and services from BCIT School of Business, and I leverage my financial skills to manage budgets, contracts, and risks for the portfolio. I also have extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM), which I gained from my previous roles as a lead and a sales account manager at Fraser Health and Alera Skin Care Products. I excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers. My core competencies include new business development, team building, and problem-solving. I am passionate about using innovative technologies and solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of health care delivery and outcomes.
