With over 30 years of experience in ERP systems and solutions, and 20 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development, SAP Business Workflow, and SAP Technical Integration, I am an ERP ICAM Analyst and SAP Solution Architect at Infinite Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of innovative information technology solutions for government and commercial clients. I have extensive knowledge of ERP since inception and I have helped to conceive, design, architect, implement, and sustain all aspects of ERP from the Technical Utilities and Standards to the Business Process Applications across Functional Areas, and provided widespread detailed support and collaboration with the Infrastructure Teams including Basis, Application Security, GRC, UAM, Batch, Portal, Database, and Interfaces. I apply and lead the deployment of advanced technology to improve business processes, integrate complex functional and technical components, and provide user support and customer interface. I have received multiple awards for technical excellence from CSC, RCA, and GE, and recognition from clients for delivering high-quality SAP workflow, ABAP, and interface solutions. I have also contributed to the research and development of voice-controlled cameras, digital tone detection, and fast voice data entry, and hold patents for these innovations.
