As Managing Director|Executive Producer, I lead a very unique Video Production & Ideation Company that is driven by clients in an always-on & real-time world. Digital & data has reshaped the way we ideate + activate strategies. Keeping on pace or even one step-ahead is time consuming and updating is endless. Having a Video Production and Ideation professional who can lift solutions that align with a client’s strategic objectives, is my mission! Growing and sustaining a business is no easy task, so keeping on top of industry, client and internal related challenges are a daily regimen. My role is to oversee operations and ensure aspects of our services and its extensions have the necessary assets and support to deliver client expectations.This requires being an effective decision maker. Recommending and implementing workforce strategies that benefits all parties. Being committed to planning, forecasting, and financial administration. Finding new opportunities to develop & foster client and stakeholder relationships. And, utilize external resources & networks to build a community and to grow the ABLE brand. Leadership and integrity are important traits I take seriously along with possessing analytical and problem solving skills for challenging situations. But having a discipline to be organized, communicate effectively and clearly, be commercially aware of industry changes that effect our capability to sustain for the future, and possess an adaptable ability to manage people and resources, is at the core of what makes me come to work each day. I have been blessed with so many local, regional and global experiences through-out my career and personal life for which I am fortunate to leverage when applicable.
