About Sheldon Title

Sheldon Title, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT is a Senior Vice-President of MNP’s Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Based in Toronto, Sheldon helps owner-managed and public companies overcome complex financial difficulties by developing practical strategies that meet the needs of key stakeholders. With more than two decades of experience, Sheldon is well aware of the intricacies of corporate restructuring and insolvency and is adept at helping clients fully understand their options. His experience includes assisting companies in the real estate, retail, and manufacturing and distribution sectors, among others. Sheldon has shared his knowledge in Annual Review of Insolvency Law, Rebuilding Success Magazine and the Ontario Bar Association’s Insolvency News and as a speaker at various industry and educational forums. Designated a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) in 1985, Sheldon received the designations of Trustee in Bankruptcy and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) in 1994. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University. Committed to his profession, Sheldon is a Past President of the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals’.
