About Shell Lemburg

As Director of Customer Value & Success at Apex Computing, Inc, I lead initiatives to deliver exceptional managed IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in Northern Nevada. With a focus on building lasting client relationships, I specialize in understanding unique business needs and providing tailored services, from cybersecurity with tools like OpenText (Webroot). My expertise spans strategic account management, service delivery, and driving measurable outcomes, such as improved system reliability and client satisfaction. With 25 years of prior experience as an IT Professional with the Public Employees Retirement System of Nevada, I bring deep technical expertise and a proven track record in public sector IT operations.
