About Shelley Davis

Education departments are often time overlooked in the grand scheme of corporate business. Those of us in the Education/Training industry have learned to navigate the landscape and pushing for the information we need to provide successful courses. Corporations are learning that Instructor Led Training instructors are necessary and that employees learn better when they have a person leading them through business processes. I have learned in my 20+ years of training SAP SD, MM & PP and Worksoft Automation suite that technical engineers want to demonstrate what they have developed but when put in front of an large audience they either speak too fast or a technical language what business users don't understand. I have been successful in being the translator from technical language to everyday terms. Throughout my early career I learned that I loved public speaking groups of 10 or 200 if I look in the eyes of the people in the room knowing that I made them think or they had a lightbulb moment is when I know I have been affective. The more in person training that I can do the better. Over the past three years diving into the Automation Testing world I have learned more about what testers do in the implementation process and how what they are responsible for, what Worksoft Suite of tools does for testers is give them time back to do / learn ofter functions in the business. I look forward to working with all the customers assigned to me and teaching them to be successful automators.
