About Shelley Moen

In October 2021 I started working for Aon's Self-Insured-Workers' Comp Compliance solution line as a risk analyst. Also, Aon is the Plan Administrator for the MWCARP (Minnesota Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Plan), and I devote 50% of my time assisting the Commissioner. I am super excited to start this new chapter and get back to my analyst roots! In April of 2025 I was promoted to Risk Consultant I. From March 2018-September 30th, 2021 I have been an executive assistant to 10 treaty reinsurance brokers, producer of training calls, data analyst and storyboard creator, and project completor for: treaty reinsurance brokers, HR's Snr Global Head of Culture & Change, and the Head of U.S. Marketing & Communications at Aon. Before that I spent 30+ years as a veteran of sell-side, institutional, and buy-side equity research/analysis of financial markets. My financial markets analytical and pitch-book experience is deep and broad and is an excellent foundation for various analyst, administrative or project-based roles. I am adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Webex, Zoom, Coupa, Workday, and Outlook. Moreover, I have several years of experience with Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, applicable for any content-writing or report-designing roles/projects that come my way. I am great at execution: I get it! I get things done! I perform with excellence.
