With over 21 years of experience in instructional design and quality design management, I am a Vice President and Quality Design Manager at First National Bank Texas, where I lead a team of talented professionals in creating and delivering engaging and effective learning solutions for employees across the organization. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Psychology and Development, and I am passionate about applying the principles of human behavior, motivation, and learning to enhance the performance and well-being of individuals and teams. I have also earned a certification in How to Be More Inclusive from LinkedIn, and I am committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
