I am a Principal Engineering Program Manager who uses Agile to manage technical projects. I have extensive experience managing multiple strategic, complex, and time-sensitive projects in a healthcare environment. I have worked on numerous platforms and am skilled in managing diverse teams. I have additional experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, and Product Owner. I have successfully planned, presented, and evaluated quarterly goals, identified project resources, assembled teams, prioritized Agile team backlogs, and led teams to complete organizational goals. In addition, I’ve defined standards, created templates, implemented best practices, and streamlined business processes. I have a track record of technical implementations, driving efficiency and cost savings, and using collaboration, listening, and communication skills to lead my teams and business partners to success. In addition, I have a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and the value of project retrospectives allowing teams to reflect on the actions and behaviors that led to success so we can repeat them in future projects. I have built lasting relationships throughout my years, and my peers and project team members recognize me for my leadership style, communication, motivation, and mentoring ability.
