25 + years experience, ranging from Team Assistant, Personal Assistant for Directors and Heads of Divisions, to a Minister and Ambassador. Autonomous, able to work without feeling stressed and have a can-do attitude to ensure the job gets done. Formatting documents, I had previously worked within the OECD help desk of ONE Support assisting colleagues to trouble-shoot issues with formatting and submitting documents for validation. I then used the experience and skills gained so that document formatting is now one of my preferred tasks as an Assistant. Information Technology, I am trained in T4 (websites). Trained in ONE Communities (while working within ONE Support I created all the on-line videos to show members how to use ONE Communities, and how to use ONE Secretariat). I am proficient in MS software, SAP, Prism, Processing contracts. Team player, always volunteering to attend pilot groups of new in-house software, helping other teams and departments when they are low on staff for formatting documents or hosting meetings. My last End of Year Review I received an Outstanding Performance. I believe this reflects my dedication, my can-do attitude and professionalism. I have a solid working network within OECD (9 years), the British Embassy (9 years) and externally within governments where contacts and colleagues feel I can be the go-to person on advice or assistance. This networking is a reflection of my professionalism which I aim to ensure is of the highest integrity. And, my personal highlight was when I had the opportunity to be able to work as an extra in a Pierce Brosnan movie for a day.
