About Shellisha King

I have spent more than twenty years coinciding with the public and working in a professional office environment utilizing leadership and management. Throughout this time, I have successfully resolved customer claims, complaints, technical questions, and accurately recorded complex product orders with accuracy and an efficient resolution. With a dedication to learning, I have taken advantage of a multitude of trainings that have been provided to me as an employee of the State of Ohio, American Express, and Broward County Government. Some of those trainings were focused on customer service, collecting with care, bank regulations, negotiation, persuasion, and teamwork. I have completed my education to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus in Human Resource Management. Hands on experience coupled with continuing education, I utilized a wide range of knowledge, logical thinking, and stress management.
