My career has evolved into a dynamic fusion of real estate expertise, brokerage management, training, and development. With a passion for real estate education, I became a certified instructor with a focus on designing and delivering comprehensive training programs. These programs empower brokers with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the competitive real estate landscape. I had the honor of successfully launching and leading a boutique Seattle-based real estate firm for 4.5 years. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in every aspect of real estate operations, honing my leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills while also building a successful brand and cultivating professional agents. Now, at Windermere Real Estate, I have pioneered a groundbreaking concept that blends a traditional real estate office with a centralized training environment for our Seattle and Eastside offices. My mission is to streamline the onboarding process for new agents, develop robust curricula to launch their careers, and create an environment where brokers can authentically embody the Windermere brand.
