I am a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience ranging from branding, marketing, digital marketing and in issues related to Internal Security. Crux Creative Solutions was started by me with a vision to create a multi-disciplinary design studio that combines the skills and expertise of a traditional agency along with the youthful energy of new ideas. I like to nurture creative concepts that stand the test of time. I have a vast experience of working with design studios and helping global brands with their branding and social media, marketing requirements. I have organised more than 100 successful conferences within India and abroad on issues ranging from Homeland Security, Cyber Security, Smart Cities and Power Sector, which has helped me to get useful insights about these sectors. Apart from organising events, I have vast experience, particularly in sales, marketing and branding activities. I like to lead my team with an example with a focus on bringing out the best in them.
