As a strategic and visionary leader, I am passionate about equipping current and future leaders with the skills necessary to stimulate engagement, foster growth, and build on purpose. With 29 years in education, I have demonstrated my expertise in leading and supervising campus and district personnel in systems and processes for future success. I aim to influence, inspire, guide, and empower team members to unlock their full potential and achieve collective success. My purpose as a leader encompasses developing individual people to nurture their potential, steer their gifts, and ignite their passion. As a professional development facilitator, I foster a collaborative and engaging environment while leveraging diverse perspectives. I create and design sessions that impart the learning objectives and inspire passion for the content. The goal of my facilitation is to instill confidence to apply new knowledge in participants’ current assignments. By incorporating high-leverage practices, I make a meaningful difference in the journey of those entrusted with my time. As an adjunct university professor, I continuously strive to instill the love of learning in all students. Ultimately, my purpose is to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of thinkers and leaders while cultivating a learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and continuous growth.
