As an IT Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, I leverage my public health expertise and project management skills to support healthcare organizations in improving population health. I have over 7 years of experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as knowledge in software development life cycle. I hold an MPH in Health Services and Policy from the University of Southern California, and I am certified as a PMP and a Scrum Master. I am passionate about developing and inspiring teams, building productive relationships with stakeholders, and managing data collection, analysis, and management for health systems. Some of my recent achievements include leading a cross-functional team to deliver a large-scale data migration project, overseeing the implementation of a new software system for patient engagement, and facilitating the adoption of Agile practices across the organization.
