I am a results-driven U.S. Navy Captain (O6) with over 30 years of leadership experience at the intersection of defense, global health, and international diplomacy. I specialize in building and leading high-impact, cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical outcomes in complex operational environments. Throughout my career, I’ve advised senior leaders at the Pentagon, NATO, and in-theater on health security, force readiness, disaster response, and multinational medical collaboration. I currently serve as the Senior Military Advisor for Global Health Engagement within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where I lead the U.S. delegation to the ASEAN Defense Ministers Meeting Plus (ADMM+) Experts’ Working Group on Military Medicine. From the Indo-Pacific to Afghanistan and Europe, I’ve built a reputation for forging strategic partnerships, advancing medical interoperability, and implementing innovative health solutions that enhance national and allied resilience. I hold a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, and my career reflects a commitment to public service, interagency coordination, and forward-leaning security cooperation. As I prepare to transition from active duty in March 2026, I’m seeking new opportunities to contribute in senior civilian roles that align with my passion for global engagement, health security, and intergovernmental collaboration.
