About Shen Lin

As a penultimate year Economics student at Trinity College, University of Cambridge, I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and skills to the dynamic and fast-paced world of finance and consulting. I have a strong interest in research, innovation, and communication, which I have developed and demonstrated through multiple extracurricular activities and achievements. I am currently the Vice President of the Cambridge Student Investment Fund (CAMSIF), Cambridge's largest and most active finance society with over 900 members. I have worked as a Project Associate Intern at PwC Beijing Office, where I assisted with financial advisory and digitalization projects for clients in various industries. Previously, I was the Research Group Director of the Cambridge Investment Banking Society (CIBS), where I co-founded the CAMMS and STEM into Finance initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the finance sector. Additionally, I am an International Economics Olympiad (IEO) Champion, having won the Team and Individual Gold Awards at the national level and the Bronze Medal at the global finals. I am proficient in using LaTex, Office software, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and I speak English, Chinese fluently. I am deeply committed to making a meaningful impact in the fields of economics, finance, and consulting, where I hope to continue to develop my leadership abilities and collaborate with diverse and talented professionals.
