About Shena Schultz

Business professional with a background in project management and international business. Starting with Ipsen in 2011 as an International Sales Engineer, I worked to develop and expand vacuum furnaces in Europe. In 2013, I returned to Ipsen USA as the Sales Manager for Aftermarket Services, before transitioning into the Project Manager role. In 2015, I founded Mickie & Mum to create unique handcrafted children's collections and custom corporate embroidered apparel. With 17 years of experience in sales and management, I offer a solid entrepreneurial approach to exceeding personal and corporate objectives. Since 2020, I have devoted time and effort into growing and impacting the educational experience within the Thompson School District. Collaborated with TSD and community members as part of the Design Advisory Group for the High Plains School expansion as well as worked on the board with TSD to design and implement the K8 philosophy to ensure equity amongst all students. As the High Plains PTCO President, we successfully fundraised nearly in the 2021/2022 school year and through collaboration with the community, teachers, and parents, we increased the volunteer hours at High Plains to lead the school district. Considerate and respected professional who advocates for giving back to the community.
