Developed an explainable deep learning model to decode the optimization and heterogeneity of RNA Pol II pausing during transcription termination in the human genome Analyzed multi-omic data from human cancer cell lines to identify gene networks that drive organ-specific metastasis and inform functional validation of key regulators.
