About Shenida Desir

My passion is to care. Providing top of the line care to people with illnesses has always been a priority for me. An experience with my father in the hospital led me towards the nursing field. I want to be the healthcare personnel who cares for the patients directly. My goal is to help people go back to their normal activities of daily living as if nothing happened, but with better lifestyle teachings and counseling. As of August 2014, I am finishing my BSN in Nursing at Barry University. As with the ample amount of experiences that I have learned these past two years, I am highly confident that I am fit to be an RN. The skills and techniques that I have learned through other nurses inspired me to become a professional RN, and to also continue my studies in this field. My specialties are still building on, but I am hoping to make an outstanding ER nurse. Most importantly, I am ready to give outstanding care.
