Over 7 years of effective leadership and coordination of programs, support, and technical oversight in Grant acquisition and management, proposal development, grant compliance, and reporting in accordance with donor standards. A specialist in food security, livelihood, and DRR. Within the World Vision Zimbabwe and other humanitarian and development organizations, I have made significant contributions to the planning, funding, implementation, assessment, and reporting of many successful grants and projects. Well-versed in the formulation of livelihood, DRR, and comprehensive food security proposals and implementation of these, as well as other social, economic, and humanitarian programs. I am exceptionally skilled at determining the best way to organize resources for developing response strategies and understanding the humanitarian environment. I also excel at representing my organization at high-level donor engagements, cluster coordination events, and national strategic meetings. I have a strong track record of managing programs, partnerships and providing general safety and security oversight for both strategic and field-level operations. I also have expertise in creating tools and SOPs for food security programs, multi-sectoral livelihoods, vulnerability analysis, and mapping. My areas of expertise include rural and urban programming through modalities such as cash and voucher assistance (multi-purpose cash transfers, mobile transfers, paper and electronic-vouchers), in-kind assistance (food and non-food baskets), and disaster risk reduction strategies.
