Program Highlights: I have completed a diploma in Social Service Work, setting the stage for my seamless transition into the third year of the Bachelor of Social and Community Development program. This innovative program will equip me with essential skills tailored to meet the evolving demands of human service organizations, including project management, social innovation, research and grant writing, non-profit governance, social entrepreneurship, community leadership, and advocacy. I have engaged in hands-on learning experiences, collaborating closely with Sheridan’s esteemed professors and a diverse network of community practitioners. Career Aspirations: Driven by a commitment to social justice and community empowerment, I aspire to leverage my academic background and practical experiences to pursue a career in community development, social advocacy, or non-profit management.
