I am a highly strategic leader with over 25 year Executive experience. I have successfully led and managed many complex organisations in public sector, Not for Profit, Professional Associations and private sector. Throughout my career I have built powerful, productive relationships by combining my professional experience and IQ, with my EQ and ability to understand and connect with people and communities. Communication, collaboration and high level purposeful engagement define my work. I am an authentic, ethical person; highly respected by professional and personal colleagues, the local, national and international education community, as well as local, state and federal politicians in government and opposition. I value people and it is evident in all transactions. I am a go-to person who can be relied upon for sound advice, support, and guidance. I am a consultant, coach, mentor and critical friend for Executives and professional colleagues (in education and other sectors), aspiring leaders, struggling teachers, university students and past students.
