About Shereen Radusca

I specialize in real estate finance with a public policy twist, working with Government agencies and leveraging private sector expertise to achieve specific public policy goals. I am an advisor to the Air Force on the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI). The goal of the program is to provide airmen with access to quality, safe and affordable housing. Considering the sacrifices that Air Force men and women make every day, this program is an important part of military readiness. The work is varied and complex. Navigating the world of public/private partnerships presents unique challenges. In addition to working with a variety of private sector stakeholders, I work with stakeholders at all levels of the Air Force - from Installation leaders to Major Commands, to the Pentagon and ultimately to Congress. You can imagine the level of coordination and communication it takes to make the program successful! My specialties include: Problem solver, financial and program analysis, program development and administration, training, knowledge management, process improvement and standardization, program management, public/private partnerships, public speaking, group facilitation and consensus building.
