Efforts resulted in migration to “Tier 2” status subject to fewer external audits which led to cost savings. • Communications Lead responsible for successfully training over employees on new time recording software. Post-implementation surveys indicated overwhelming support for new system directly credited to the training received prior to roll out. • Developed an automated accrual system which reduced manual processing time by 2 weeks per month while improving visibility and accuracy of subcontract accruals. • Formulated, wrote, and implemented policies related to vacation transfers, conference management, and plant injuries. • Wrote complex requirements documents to develop new Oracle applications related to payroll and accounts payable functions Specialties: Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
